Why yes, this is what pro-life politics is meant to do.
The Republican-led House voted 240-185 to defund Planned Parenthood, and also blocked the EPA from regulating greenhouse gases while they were at it. FWIW, the Pence Amendment isn’t expected to pass the Senate.

So, yeah, next time you say, "I'm an economic conservative, so I vote for Republicans; can't have those liberal Democrats balancing the budget in my America," or whatever it is you say; or, "I'm not one of those anti-contraception extremists, & I wish the government would take an interest in pre-natal health, but I'm against abortion"--yeah, just remember that organized pro-life politics caters to a bunch of post-menopausal religious fanatics, & they will ban birth control when they get enough true believers in Congress.
