AT&T billing and customer service is messed up
We have internet and phone, which is what we ordered, but the website thinks we don't have phone, the modem was sent to the wrong address & we had to go to UPS to get it, the rebate voucher for the modem never arrived (wrong address again), & we're being charged 2-3 times what we were quoted.
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
