foolsguineaApparently a couple of days ago Google Chrome updated and removed the little "+" from the new tab button. It still looks weird.

I just saw a tv ad with Aly Hannigan and some guy playing her love interest--it doesn't work somehow, because it seems like it's meant to be Aly, and the guy's definitely not Alexis, and it just looks fake now.
I guess if it were Jason Segel I could buy it as Marshall and Lily, but here it just feels wrong. We know Aly!

I'm watching the first ep of Smash, and so far so good. I heard someone characterize it as "Glee for grownups" and I kind of groaned. Honestly, I don't know if they can keep any reasonable standard of quality for more than a few eps, and I expect to lose patience.
