And now Va. is trying to ban abortion and contraception, in toto. (With the mandatory ultrasound as a backup plan.) OK, they've pushed it too far now. Let's have this fight. I maintain that even without SCOTUS defending abortion rights, the hard right will lose this fight state by state. I wonder if the jokers who voted for this think they've got the state so gerrymandered they'll get away with it, or if they are just tired of being in government.
