foolsguineaWe have internet and phone, which is what we ordered, but the website thinks we don't have phone, the modem was sent to the wrong address & we had to go to UPS to get it, the rebate voucher for the modem never arrived (wrong address again), & we're being charged 2-3 times what we were quoted.
